Cancellation policy.

At Nails Rx we strive to provide exceptional service to all our clients. To ensure a smooth experience for everyone, we have implemented the following cancellation policy:

No-show Policy - If a client fails to show up for their scheduled appointment without prior notice three (3) times, they will no longer be able to book appointments via our online booking system.

Alternatively clients may still receive services by walking in, subject to availability or by calling the salon directly and paying a 25% booking deposit.

Cancellation Notice - We kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment to avoid any repercussions.
